Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of EUR 700 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that 40 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking, 60 percent of the total amount will be charged 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made 1 month before arrival, the entire stay will be charged on the day of booking.
Arrivals are from 17:00 to 19:00. If you plan to arrive outside check-in times, please contact the property a few days before arrival to obtain the access codes. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
