Ruined holiday

− Warning to future people going! When we first arrived and greeted by Sofia, all looked fine. Sofia updated us the gate didn’t work and she would get someone out to fix it. This didn’t happen. Also made aware 2 of the 4 sunbeds were torn and that she would report it. nothing happened until I chased it for 2 days, then finally replaced, these are cheap plastic beds, not the ones provided in the photos to booking.com. The hammock was also unusable as a tear in it, this was replaced about day 4. The worst then happened and this this will on-going for future holiday makers. A construction site behind the villa started excavating soil and sand, this is to build 58 villas. Clouds of dust and sand started to fall heavily over the villa and this was relentless for the rest of our holiday apart from Sunday. We made the management company and owner aware, they saw the mess themselves. Cleaners arrived the next day but within half hour you couldn’t tell they had been as dust clouds restless falling on the villa. We couldn’t use the pool or sit outside for 5 days of our 9 day stay. Also in the main bedroom, mould on the wall from a leaking air on unit, you could tell it had been like it for a while but nothing done about it. You will see from the pictures I provide, the reality is very different from the pictures they have provided. Our holiday was totally ruined as unable to use the villas outside facilities, this included the pool, bbq and sitting outside, this is the whole point of a summer holiday! We made Sofia aware and owner but they have taken our money and totally ignored us. Warning - this building work will be going on for a long time , I would never book this villa again.

Luxurious Villa

The villa was extremely clean. Beds were really comfortable. Decent fridge, good showers, smart TV's. Plenty of parking space outside or in villa Private villa in a lovely area and within walking distance of spar, pubs, beach.

− Only thing is the flight path of aeroplanes is directly above, but can't fault the villa.

Great Stay

Great property, we were a family of 5, 3 children 10 to 15. It was a very well maintained property with great facilities. We had a couple of minor issues with electricity and hot water, but these were resolved very promptly. Sofia was very helpful with any questions and support. It was about a 10 minute walk to a small shopping centre with some restaurants. The beach was another five minutes away. The main town was about a 20-minute walk away.

Villa Illusion is a home away from home with everything you need for your holiday. The Atlantico Shopping Centre is a short walk away which also includes bars/restaurants.

Es ist eine wunderschöne Villa in toller zentraler Lage. Super netter und ständig hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Komme sehr gern wieder.
