The stay was nice, the weather was lovely and the pool was really enjoyable as well as the meals with friends!
6.0The managers were very responsive as soon as issues were reported, the pool is sunny and nice. It is a quite and relaxing place. The air conditioning works really well. Overall, the place is nice and has potential, but at this moment is “requiring a bit of love”.
− - The house wasn’t clean, we have raised this and the managers offered right away to bring someone to clean. but still, we expected to arrive to a clean place; - There wasn’t enough chairs for everyone to sit at the dinner table, there wasn’t wine glasses for everyone ( even if the number and ages of each guest had been declared upon the reservation time). for the wine glasses, as soon as reported the managers came bringing new ones! - The pool area wasn’t clean and organised. The space has potential, the barbecue area wasn’t clean, the outdoor table close to the pool wasn’t clean, the grass wasn’t cut… - The mattresses aren’t confortable

A localização é verdadeiramente privilegiada para quem quer explorar o Gerês, permitindo fácil acesso a vários pontos de interesse e uma envolvência natural incrível. O espaço exterior é um dos grandes destaques, especialmente a piscina, que proporciona ótimos momentos de convívio em família, num ambiente tranquilo e acolhedor. O jacuzzi a lenha também merece referência: embora seja um pouco desafiante de acender inicialmente, depois de estar em funcionamento revela-se de fácil manutenção e muito agradável. No geral, uma experiência positiva, ideal para quem procura relaxar e desfrutar do melhor do Gerês.
− Como ponto menos positivo, notámos a ausência de televisão nos quartos, o que poderá fazer diferença para alguns hóspedes — embora compreendamos que, para muitos, isso não seja uma prioridade, especialmente num local tão focado na natureza e no descanso.
