Very clean and comfortable. Quiet and very tranquil. Pictures match the actual place. Very spacious as well.

− No adequate water pressure in the shower and water temperature for showers was not adequate. We did mention this to the person in charge and they apologized and said they would address this issue.

− Pas eu d’Internet (problème juste avant notre arrivée) pendant plusieurs jours malheureusement et surtout impossible de mettre un pied dehors car le jardin attire beaucoup trop les moustiques c’est infesté

The location of the property was amazing, a 2 min drive to the beach (or a 10-12 min walk). The neighbourhood was very peaceful and lovely. Grocery stores were again a 2 min drive in either direction with a nice bakery as well nearby. The villa itself is tastefully designed and has one bedroom on the lower floor along with a kitchen and living area. The kitchen is very well equipped to cook meals of all kinds, I would have loved to find a juicer for making some fresh juice but otherwise I found it very useful to make meals for my family. The rooms are very spacious and have enough windows for light and fresh air. The caretaker was helpful throughout the stay. We were able to park our car inside the property but there's plenty of parking space outside the compound so one can do that. The neighbourhood is safe but it gets quiet in the evenings which did not bother us honestly. The pool was maintained nicely.

− 1. Lack of air conditioning in the living room on the ground floor - it's a big area and the only way to get some air moving is a fan that runs at a super slow speed. We couldn't spend the peak heat time there at all. 2. Linen hygiene (Towels) - I suspect they were not dried properly before our arrival and hence smelled musty / old. I had to wash them myself in the machine and sundry. Quality of towels could definitely be improved. 3. Lack of power backup - the automatic gates, blinds on windows and doors, even the stove - everything needs power and if there's a cut (which happened while we were staying) well then pretty much nothing works. We had to request the caretaker to manually override the main gate system so that we could get our car out since we were stuck inside. These weren't deal breakers but looking at the potential of this excellent property, I had never expected them in the first place. I loved staying at the Villa nevertheless.

La maison est très agréable et spacieuse. La décoration est soignée et le jardin est reposant. Sandesh est aux petits soins. Il apporte un service de qualité à la prestation. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

− Une suggestion pour l’entretien de la piscine serait un robot ou un volet de protection. Sinon tout était parfait
