Wir hatten zwei wundervolle Wochen in dieser Villa. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und der Kühlschrank war bei Anreise für das erste Frühstück gefüllt. Außerdem haben wir noch einen selbstgemachten Nudelauflauf und Kuchen während unseres Aufenthalts erhalten. Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit erreichbar und haben umgehend geholfen. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge. Nach Rethymno benötigt man nur ca. 15 Minuten. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist nur 2 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Villa entspricht absolut den Fotos und ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Villa befindet sich auf einem großen Grundstück und auch die Villa an sich ist sehr großzügig. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der wunderschöne Pool: glasklares Wasser und eine stimmungsvolle Beleuchtung am Abend. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

− Die Einfahrt zum Grundstück ist extrem eng – links und rechts bleiben teilweise nur wenige Zentimeter Platz, sodass man beim Ein- oder Ausparken sehr leicht mit der Mauer in Kontakt kommen kann. Man hätte aber auch die Möglichkeit, das Auto außerhalb des Grundstückes zu parken. Außerdem fehlt es etwas an Küchenausstattung.

The villa was absolutely stunning, I'd say it looks even better and bigger in person than it does in the photos. Plenty of balcony's with beautiful views and a nice sized pool to cool off in. The host was incredibly friendly and attentive. One day, he kindly offered me a lift back from the shops when he saw me walking uphill with my groceries, which I really appreciated! He stayed in touch throughout our stay, making sure we felt comfortable and knew he was available for any questions. The villa was thoughtfully pre-stocked with essentials like bread, milk, eggs, laundry detergent, and even a few beers, which was a great touch!

Another perfect stay

This was our third stay at Vera Natura (2020, 2021, 2024). The property (Villa I this stay) is in the same condition as it was in 2020 (brand new; we were the first guests to stay at the property), which is a testament to the quality of the construction and furnishings and the care the owners take with the property. The villa is very large, with plenty of space in the bedrooms for luggage and large counters in the bathrooms. The showers are enclosed in glass which is a nice upgrade from 'open' showers that blast water all over the floor. The beds are comfy, the wifi is fast, and the TV is satellite and app-equipped. The air conditioning is exceptional and the hosts are lovely.

− The only fault the villas have is the driveways, but don't let that deter you because there is ample and safe street parking 10 seconds away. Maneuvering the car in and out of the driveway takes skill. First, a compact vehicle (Fiat Panda is perfect) is the maximum size for the narrow driveways. Second, the driver must be comfortable and confident when reversing into the driveway; driving forward is an option but is much more difficult than reversing. Villa I requires reversing uphill through the gate, whereas Villa II is flat but zig-zags near the front door. As the driver, I find Villa I's driveway easier to navigate.
