3.0− Building works refurbishing a 3 storey apartment block next door. When I asked the property agent about it they replied it's normal for people to do renovations as it's the shoulder season. However these works have been going on for 6 months at least and should have been advised. They have 6 months more to go. Also property manager asked for 1,200Baht for cost of water over 3 days. That's ridiculous when there was only 2 of us staying. When i queried it they dropped the claim. I suspect it was a scam.

10.0The villa is fantastic with everything that we needed and more, the.outside areas are stunning and well maintained. The communication and check is process was well managed and puts you at ease for a long trip.

− I dont like the beach in the area. But that is no refection on Samui Blue. The beach is not swim able. Too shallow.
