Perfect relaxing family holiday

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Roferos. It was everything we were looking for and more for a quiet, relaxing family holiday. The host was so welcoming and friendly. We loved that he lived in the villa next door as it gave us comfort if there were any issues that he wasn’t far. We didn’t have any issues at all. The villa was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfy, plenty towels and bedding etc. The pool area was immaculate and the kids absolutely loved it. We had a little welcome basket on arrival which was very appreciated after a late night flight. We were 10-15 minutes walk from the main beach and old town, with a small supermarket at bottom of the street and a large Lidl a 5 minute walk around the corner. All in we would give the property 10/10 and we would definitely in the future. Perfect holiday for us!

Very clean and spacious. Good location, less than 10 mins to main strip. Nice and private with walled garden. Welcome package lovely , wine, juice etc. would recommend

− The pool is a little on the small side , but perfectly adequate. Pigeons are quiet loud in the morning

Excellent place to stay

The location is amazing. The villa was spotlessly clean when we arrived. There was a lovely welcome hamper containing some wine and a few essentials. There was plenty of space in the kitchen and dining room. The outdoor area was so beautiful, the pool is a perfect size and the loungers were plentiful. The we had sunshine all day long but also a terraced balcony which is shaded. The owner was extremely helpful and lived close by. There is a supermarket at the end of the street which has everything you need about 2 mins walk away. The old and new town are less than 10 mins walk. A taxi back to the house cost €4. The house is also very close to the water park. We had a fantastic time at this Villa and will definitely return.

I stayed at this property was a week with myself and 3 children I booked it through booking.com for 4 people On my first day I had a barbecue with my sister who was staying at a hotel nearby with her 2 children The barbecue went on late and my sister went home to her hotel and came back next morning with her 2 children to spend some time with us the next morning until we went on a day trip That morning the owner banged down my door pushed his way through the door and said we had too many people staying in the Villa we tried to explain she was visiting and tried to show him her reservation in the hotel that she was staying which was 2 minutes from the villa He said he didn’t care where she was staying and under no situation was any person allowed pass the villa door or enter pool unless it was the 4 people who were booked into villa He was very aggressive and unfriendly and shouting at us and later that day sent an email saying we could leave villa if we didn’t like the rules No where on booking.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable. Outstanding outside area, near to shops, pubs, restaurants. Very quiet and peaceful. The villa had everything we needed for a lovely holiday, even stayed in and had a bbq a couple of nights. The owner was so lovely, friendly and helpful. The pool was cleaned every other day, and maintainance (a lightbulb needed changing) was completed so quickly and efficiently. Not a single complaint, a fabulous holiday had by all in a beautiful villa. Thank you.
