Villa with gorgeous pool, historic building & exceptional Hosts

Umberto & Clelia were exceptional hosts. They were very friendly, checked in everyday with us, prepared 2 gorgeous meals for the family, and organised excellent site seeing tours and helped with our daughter who was a bit sick. I have to say they were the best hosts we have ever had. As for the house it was so rich in history, exceptionally clean and presented and the pool area was excellent . The kids had a ball and very relaxing area for the adults to sunbath. Top star experience

The incredible hospitality of Umberto and Clelia took us by surprise. It was remarkable how relaxed they were and made us feel right at home. Their generosity almost knows no bounds. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Great vacation! One week was not enough!

The location: perfect for us. Walking distance to the park, beautiful nature all around, not far by car to Italian gems like Cusano Mutri (we recommend visiting this town). 5-10 minutes drive to supermarkets and local restaurants. The villa: very special and charming. More beautiful in reality than in the pictures. Very comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed for a very pleasant vacation. The hosts: very friendly, helpful and attentive. We could enjoy our privacy, and at the same time Umberto and Clelia were available at any time for our questions. They filled the villa with food, bottles of water, beverages and snacks. It was our first time in Italy, and we got great advices from our hosts regarding what to see and where to eat in the region. Thank you, Clelia and Umberto, for making our vacation unforgettable!

The hosts stocked the refrigerator and cupboards with a wide variety of local food for us as well as many treats. We were really impressed with how thoughtful our hosts were throughout our stay. The villa is beautiful, and the lemon and orange trees were filled with fresh lemons and oranges for us. We felt at home and our hosts were available for any question. Everything we needed was there! The location was so beautiful. We were next door to a beautiful park and near to the many beautiful and historical towns of Campania.

It was far beyond our expectations to stay with the hosts. They were so friendly and gave more then was expected. They were the best hosts we have ever met. The house is also very special. It is very stylefull and a lot of nice details. The garden was also very nice and beautiful. The swimming pool was perfect and very good maintained. There were a lot of things in the house we may use, they also gave us many extra things we have not expected like snacks and food. The hosts were very helpful with everything. They did not interfere with our privacy. We enjoyed are 2 week stay here very much!

− In this part of Italy you should not expect too much from wifi/4g. It is just enough for standard stuff like reading and sending messages.
