Wir hatten eine gute Zeit aber das Haus benötigt eine Renovierung.
6.0Die Gastgeberin war bezüglich der Ankunftszeit sehr flexibel. Die Kommunikation wie reibungslos. Für die Autos gibt es genug Parkmöglichkeiten im Hof oder auch außerhalb. Supermarkt, 5 Minuten Fahrtweg entfernt. Der Grill ist super!
− Der Pool war leider viel zu kalt. Das Haus benötigt dringend mal eine Renovierung gerade die Bäder sind ziemlich alt und schimmelig. Der Wasserhahn war so verkalkt, dass man ihn kaum verstellen konnte.
Insgesamt empfehlenswert.
9.0Der Service vor Ort mit der Hauswärterin war super. Sie hat sich immer umgehend um alle Belange gekümmert. Das Haus ist angenehm groß. Der Pool ist ausreichend für 2 Familien. Alles was man benötigt war vorhanden. Nach Pula sind es ca 10-15 min mit dem Auto. Zum nächsten größeren Ort Vodnjan ca 5 min. Das Ferienhaus ist Teil einer Ferienanlage, wo nur solche Häuschen stehen. Drumherum nur Wald und Wiesen. Ein Auto braucht man auf jeden Fall.

10.0A very nice villa with everything you need. Great pool, community court and playground, grill and surroundings. Wi-Fi is good, driving distance to restaurants and towns.
