Unforgettable views from a lovely balcony.
9.0The view from the lovely balcony was amazing, both during the day and at night. The villa itself was very light and spacious and well equipped.
− The price to be paid for the view is the walk up and down to the Port - not for anyone with mobility problems. Front entrance could also do with a hand rail and broken tiles replaced. The main patio doors to the balcony were unusable during our stay so had to use the bedroom ones to access the balcony.

8.0The view from the balcony on the bay and the sea is absolutely amazing. The house is just outside town but you can walk in a few minutes with (steep) stairs to the sea boardwalk. The house is spacious and comfortable. The afternoon and evening sun on the balcony is great.
− The kitchen equipment (plates, glasses, cutlery) is quite limited but the kitchen itself is ok. The rooftop terrace is nice but a bit messy with old grass carpet and only accessible through a small window in the upper bedroom. There are a few small supermarkets in Porte de Soller but limited choice and expensive. Best idea is to go to the Carrefour hypermarket or Lidl in Palma upon arrival. Even in April Mallorca is quite busy. Driving is quite ok, no traffic jams, but finding parking for the car is very difficult in the smaller villages. Mallorca is famous for cycling so a lot of cyclists on the road. Great hikes but often steep ups and downs and a lot of stones on the trails. Good walking shoes and even walking sticks are needed.
