10.0L’espace et la personnalisation de la villa, l’entretien et l’extrême hospitalité du propriétaire ont rendu notre séjour exceptionnel. Cet établissement est une réelle maison de vacances, très spacieuse, et équipée d’une cuisine qui donne envie de cuisiner et partager un moment convivial sur l’une des différentes terrasses selon le moment de la journée (ce qui diffèrent des résidences de vacances standards), même la buanderie est une pièce d’exception :). L’entretien des extérieurs comme le jardin , la piscine l’espace BBQ, nous offre une vraie déconnexion. D’autant plus très bien située tout en étant isolée au calme. Commerces à moins de 5 minutes, proche de Ciutadella et des plus belles plages de l’île. Merci infiniment Joan pour les conseils sur l’île en plus de votre accueil!

10.0Wij (2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen) verbleven een week in Villa Xipell en het was fantastisch. De accommodatie: het huis en het zwembad waren tiptop in orde. Alles wat je nodig hebt is voorzien en alles is perfect onderhouden. De locatie: Villa Xipell is rustig gelegen, net wat wij zochten. Het prachtige Ciutadella is op een paar minuten met de auto. Als je graag wil thuiskomen op Menorca en in alle comfort (met een warme gastheer), dan is dit de perfecte bestemming!
