8.0The location is perfect. The floor plan really good and 4 couples are easily accommodated.
− We were disappointed with some aspects of the property during our weekend stay. There was a persistent mouldy, damp smell throughout the house that we couldn’t get rid of. Additionally, the shower tiles were not properly cleaned, and the toilet in bedroom 3 had a constant drip.

sadly a poivotal family saty to celebrate was ruined.
4.0The location was good, near everything, with a nice view and pool. The property size was good but on very bad order needing urgent attention.
− The property was tired and needed urgent painting and repairs. It was also overpriced. Given that it was $1800 a night, we were expecting a 5* experience, and it certainly was not that. We reported several cleaning issues and items not working on arrival, and nothing was attended to until we left. Unbeknown to us, we arrived on the last night of race week, and the property was in a very close location to the pub and live music stage. We were kept awake until 3 a.m. as it was my 60th Birthday the next day. It is fair to say it was ruined. Why were we not advised that there would be loud music? Had we known, we would not have booked. Bizarrely, we received an email days before advising that tree pruning noise may occur during the day, but nothing about all-night rock music!
