Everything, best villa on samui

− The beach after storm is dirty, i think the owners should unite there efforts and clean it dayly

Agréable séjour à Koh Samui

La piscine à débordement est très plaisante. La maison est spacieuse et bien equipée. Accès facile à la plage à pied. Quartier surveillé par un vigile.

− La vue n'est pas aussi spectaculaire que sur les photos. Vis à vis immédiat avec les voisins de droite. Electricité facturée 2 fois le prix en vigueur. Pas de barbecue.

• We don't charge any general taxes.

• There will be an in-person check-in and an in-person check-out with the help of the Villa Manager.

• General check-in time is from 3:00 PM. However, you may check in earlier if the villa has already been cleaned and prepared. If we have guests leaving the villa on the same day as your arrival, the earliest possible check-in time will be from 3:00 PM, as we require sufficient time for cleaning and preparation.

Furthermore, please be informed that we will need to take passport copies upon arrival in order to complete the TM30 reporting for the Thai Immigration system. This is a government requirement.

• General check-out time is latest by 11:00 AM. However, you may check out later if the villa is not booked by new guests on the same day.
