The property is very modern, it’s spacious and clearly designed to be upmarket, all the rooms are large with high ceilings and modern furnishings. The location is a tricky one to review as it is up on a hill with beautiful coastal views and also rainforest in the vicinity which is great.

− I will start with the big obvious bug bear. The location is up on a hill which provides lovely views however, the access roads to get there are incredibly steep, you are almost on all 4s climbing and that is no exaggeration. It is an extremely poor infrastructure design we aren’t quite sure how it was ever passed. You are also very remote and walking anywhere would be extremely difficult. On the back of that taxis do not like going up there so you use the provided taxi co by the villa hosts, we found them to be very expensive and unresponsive after about 9PM, meaning you had to find local taxis to take you back. If you aren’t young and/or fit you will struggle with the location and the hills. The next issue we had was with the management company the owner refers you to. To start with they were very unresponsive, the day before we arrived I provided all arrival and check in details which were ignored with no response. I had to message the owner several times to ensure they responded. On the day we arrived there was nobody here to check us in, they turned up 40 minutes late for check in and the villa had not been cleaned, the previous tenants dirty sheets and towels were still present, we were then asked to leave for 2 hours immediately for it to be cleaned. This was extremely poor customer experience from the management company and did not start our stay off on a good note. To top it off they then turned up 20 minutes late for check out leaving our taxi transfer waiting in the villa with us. The villas privacy was also very poor, they have crammed 4 villas in to a tight space and at different elevations, this meant that both balcony’s were very exposed and very close to each other to the point you could talk at normal volume between villas and see everything. I stayed in the downstairs master suite where both neighbouring villas could see in to the bedroom. Lastly the overall finish of the villa.
