Experiência muito boa nesta pousada. Voltando à Monte Verde, vou me hospedar nesta pousada
10.0Acomodação muito ocnfortável, café da manhã excelente, localização muito boa, atendimento feito pelo sr Igor foi ótimo, pois deu dicas do que fazer e local para comer.
− Faltou o secador de cabelos.
Não atendeu as expectativas pelo valor cobrado.
7.0A recepção e o atendimento é muito bom.
− O chalé apresentou algumas falhas, pois, por se tratar de uma região fria não poderia faltar aquecedor reserva. No nosso caso, o aquecedor apresentou problema e não teve substituição, ou seja, passamos a noite sem aquecedor num local em que a temperatura a noite chega a 8 graus. Além disso, para ligar a lareira tinha que pagar a lenha. Ou seja, ficamos sem opção. Além disso, já havia reclamação da cama apresentar barulhos e isso se confirmou. No geral a nota é 5. Precisa de mais entrega ao consumidor para justificar o valor cobrado.
