Lovely property within walking distance of the village. Had most items you need on site for any type of gathering. We loved our stay and will return again.

− The property is neglected and poorly maintained. It was not thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. Dust on the fireplace mantle and sticky floors in the kitchen. There were spiders in the kitchen and bedrooms. There was mold on the grout of bathroom tiles. Nine lights were not working upon our arrival and needed bulb replacement. We had to call to get the WIFI to work. The light over the kitchen table never did work. It flickered on and mostly off during our entire stay. The furniture was stained and looked dirty. The bar stools in the kitchen and shown in the photos of the property were missing. The shrubs in the gardens rubbed the bedroom walls as the wind blew, making it hard to sleep. These are just a few of the deficiencies we experienced with this terrible property.

We really enjoyed the beautiful chalet and the great location. The staff was really responsive and helpful.

Great location, size of chalet was perfect for our group. We loved that there was a swimming pool nearby and the chalet had its own hot tub, The layout of the property is really great. Oversell a great experience!

− The upper level is quite warm compared to the rest of the chalet I believe due to the air not circulating up to the upper level. Would prefer if there was no carpet.

property was spacious and good amentities

− the check in was tedious, the rules seemed very very intense as well. felt like we were walking on eggshells and couldn’t really enjoy ourselves. check in was delayed and couldn’t get in until 5 because of intense check in process.
