− The response time to answering our questions was terrible. We called booking.com to get some support and booking was not able to get a call though to help us settle with them. We left our cellular number and email to have a discussion on our issues. No response! We are still under ligation about our stay here. I never had such a horrible experience! Don’t book here because if you have a problem they completely ignore you!
