Beautiful & Spacious place with a Few Drawbacks

The house is very spacious. It is designed for a larger group, but since there were only four of us, we ended up using just two bedrooms and spending most of our time on one floor, which was more than enough. The host was helpful, providing great recommendations for local markets, restaurants, and places to visit. The house has been beautifully remodeled with a modern style.

− A few things to keep in mind: - Driving: Reaching the property can be challenging. The roads are very narrow and winding, likely because they follow the layout of an old medieval village. We were driving an SUV and had to make several back-and-forth maneuvers to get through some of the streets. If you're not used to driving on narrow European roads, it can be a bit stressful. - Location: We chose this property because it provided easy access to the nearby wineries, and it was a great base for that. However, the area itself is very quiet with limited dining options. There is a Michelin-starred restaurant nearby, but aside from that, there aren't many places to eat. We also visited a nearby fortress, but it is mostly a ruin rather than a restored castle. - Neighborhood: This was the biggest downside for us. Two neighboring houses were completely abandoned, with broken doors and windows, overgrown vegetation, and debris inside. Cats were constantly wandering in and out of them. While we never felt unsafe and nothing happened during our stay, the deserted houses created an eerie atmosphere, especially at night, and we found it difficult to sleep during our stay. - Property: The house itself has been beautifully renovated. One small improvement I would suggest is adding more privacy to the front door. The frosted film only covers the middle section of the glass, leaving the top and bottom clear enough that it felt like someone outside could potentially look in.

La casa es amplia y cómoda. Excelente experiencia en familia-grupo de 12 personas. Totalmente equipada. Habitaciones espaciosas y camas muy cómodas. Calefacción y chimenea que funcionaba a la perfección. Un 10.
