− Objekt v podstate nelze svevolne vytopit. Majitele ovladaji na dalku tepelne cerpadlo vzduch-vzduch, takze Vam klidne vecer huci klimatizace. Za mne naprosto nestastne reseni/ rusive. Krbova vlozka i pres nasi snahu nevytovpi ani obyvaci pokoj. Teplo utece pryc. Stineni oken v pokoji v patre neni zajistene vubec. Kuchyn vybavena avsak napriklad chybi doplnit koreni. Hlucnost mezi pokojem v prizemi a spizi. Ze spize do pokoje je slyset naprosto vse. Prach a spina pod gaucem a posteli.

− Voor ons was het meer dan voldoende groot. Ik zou het echter niet voor 12 personen aanraden, dan wordt het erg krap.
