Many thanks to Hans and Terry. The hospitality was far beyond anything we could have expected, in every possible aspect. From the moment we entered the house, we could feel the warmth and the true sense of home — and especially the thought that had been put into every single detail and corner. This starts with the level of equipment in the apartment, which has absolutely everything, and continues with delightful little surprises that only revealed, over time, just how meaningful they truly were. The house is spotless and impeccably maintained, as if it had been handed over by the contractor just yesterday. Our heartfelt thanks to the wonderful Terry and Hans, who welcomed us so warmly — with freshly homemade baked bread and thoughtful basic groceries that made for a truly soft and comfortable landing.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Dazu haben die außerordentliche Sauberkeit und die Gastfreundlichkeit der Gastgeber beigetragen. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Alles Notwendige vor Ort ist in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist in jeder Hinsicht sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

A superb stay in a superb place with superb hosts

The hosts were superb and had so much local knowledge and were only too glad to give helpful advice. The place was the cleanest I have ever stayed at and was extremely comfortable. Everything that you could think of was provided and more. Hannes and Terry met us at the door on arrival and went through the Chalet explaining where everything was. Manuals for all the appliances in the kitchen were provided and the hosts only lived steps away in case of a problem. Their phone numbers and emergency numbers were left in a convenient place although we did not need to use them but it was nice that it was there. The bed was extremely comfortable and myself and my husband both slept extremely well. The Chalet was nice and bright. There were lots of cleaning products provided and the washing machine and dryer in the utility room was great and also having an iron that worked well. The kitchen had every appliance you would want to use and there were 4 different ways of making coffee. Tea and coffee was provided. There was also cling film, tin foil etc and even a first aid kit. There was a beautiful welcome pack of Milk, butter, cheese, bacon and bread on arrival. The chalet was well located, less than 5 minutes walk to a Spar, M-Preis or Hofer supermarket, even a local distillery that you could tour. The town was about a 12 minute walk either through the park or along the river. Good parking and very quiet. Lovely views of the mountains from most rooms. We both agreed that this was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed at. Hannes did check to ensure that we knew one day would be a public holiday and the shops would be closed. Having two separate toilets was also a bonus. There was also lots of CD's, DVDs, books for you to use with DVD player. There was a lovely terrace to sit out in. rom check in to check out, nothing could have been more perfect and we can't wait to come back.

Chalet Terry is spacious and comfortable with a traditional feel while being modern in terms of facilities. Warm and friendly, TV and DvDs for the kids in the evening, well equipped kitchen for nights in.

Beautiful chalet with wonderful hosts!

Wonderful chalet! The location is perfect, just a short stroll to the village. The home has everything you could possibly need. The owners Hannes and Terry are wonderful hosts. When we arrived we found fresh baked muffins and bread waiting for us. Highly recommend Chalet Terry!! Very close to several ski resorts including Kitzbühel.
