− The people in the unit above us were extremely noisy, all through the night, walking really loudly, flushing toilets and cooking really strong smelling food. Made sleep difficult.
Cold the entire stay as there is no adequate heating and no functioning drying cupboard for clothing. No compensation of

− The property was freezing cold on arrival as there were no heaters on. The heaters provided did not adequately heat the rooms and we spent the first night sleeping on the lounge to try to keep warm. Also the drying cupboard didn’t work the whole time so we had damp clothes for the duration of our stay as it rained and snowed while we were there. They did provide an additional heater after complaining but this bid not help the freezing temperatures overnight. They were unable to fix the drying cupboard and offered nothing to resolve this issue.
