A very nice property with amazing staff, I don't recommend the teepee room though

The Bungalows sit on a very nice and quiet area. Our room was the "superior" Bungalow. There were many outlets in the Bungalow, at least 4 seperate plugs. This was a very nice surprise. The bed was okay, not amazing but it was fine. The hot tub was the highlight of the room. It was perfect for two people. More people than that, it would be tight. The breakfast was very good. It is a standard Colombian breakfast with fresh fruit, an arepa, eggs, coffee, juice and hot chocolate. Everything was tasty in regards to breakfast. The staff were amazing. They were always available and quick to answer Whatsapp messages. We cannot say enough about how good the staff were.

− Most of our dislikes involve the superior Bungalow we stayed in. It is the teepee shaped room. This particular Bungalow felt second class. To be fair it was the cheaper option of the two Bungalows, by 20 usd roughly. For the extra cost you got so much more. The teepee Bungalow has no windows other than the door. This door opens up to a direct view of the other Bungalow's bed (if that room has their blinds open). There is no walking path around the Bungalow, other than the decking that connects to the hot tub.There is nice grass everywhere. Walking to our "sitting area, there is a rudimentary table and two logs to sit on. There is also a fire pit with rock sitting. We didn't use the firepit but it looked fine. The" sitting" was two rocks, rustic but fine. Compared to the other Bungalow, it was very disappointing though. There was poor airflow in our room, there is a window over the door of the teepee, but that is covered by a rolling blind most of the time. We kept our door open to get some fresh and cool air in the room. There is no hooks to hang anything, like wet towels, bathing suits, etc. There was a place to hang a towel in the bathroom though. The shower was fine. Nothing amazing but there were no issues. At the end of the day, the teepee Bungalow was slightly more comfortable than if we had brought a tent. We expected a rustic room, but weren't prepared for how poorly it was equipped compared to the next level room. Pay the extra money for the nicer Bungalow or stay in one of the "hotel" rooms. They looked much nicer and comfortable.
