Sehr geräumig, drei große Schlafzimmer, großer Flur, drei Bäder und WC, großer Wohn-Esszimmer. Zum Skilift waren es ca. 500-600m Entfernung, sehr gut zu Fuß (auch mit zwei Kindern) in 10min zu erreichen. Das Restuarant "u Koniru" war ca. 150m Luftlinie entfernt - leckeres Essen.

− Bad im Obergeschoss (vor allem die Dusche) war recht rustikal eingerichtet. Der Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und vor allem die Spülmaschinen waren sehr laut, haben aber funktiniert. In Dezember (Temperaturren durchgehend zwischen -2 und +5°C) war die Luftqualität in der Umgebung nicht gut, da viele mit Öffen befeuert haben.
