− Having to chase for the code after check in time. Only 1 teabag so had to go and ask the pub for more. Walls are very thin and had to hear the neighbours next door and their sexual antics through the night and into the early morning !! Wasn’t pleasant ! The bathroom window, appears people can see in as it isn’t obscured glass and no blind. The shower is not powerful at all, quite bad for a room. The rooms started out as very good value a few years ago but I think £100 for a night now is very expensive for this place.

4.0ease of acces to the property
− the room wasnt very clean when we errived, we noticed some rubbish and things on the floor still, as if no one tidied outside of he main floor space (under beds, tables etc). The beds are really uncomfortable. The bathroom was basic at best and there was no hot water during the duration of our stay.
