Pleasant, well-equipped property with easy access to Aberporth's superb beaches.
9.0Ogof is literally a sixty second walk from the grassy promontory (with tables and benches) that overlooks the beach - and a five minute walk onto the beach itself via steps or a winding, accessible footpath. There is gated off-street parking accessed via the car park. There is also a clifftop footpath to nearby beaches at Tresaith (1.5 miles) and Penbryn (3 miles along a steeper up-and-over footpath). Otherwise, if you don't fancy driving (or have a free bus pass), a regular bus services stopping nearby links Aberporth with Aberystwyth, Aberaeron, New Quay, and Cardigan.
− Alas, we stayed there during the June 'heat-dome' and by the end of the week it was like a sauna inside the chalet. Of course, the owners aren't responsible for the exceptionally hot weather. However, although the inventory of equipment provided includes a cooling fan, we couldn't locate it.

8.0It was exactly what we wanted for a quiet week away. Good location, no close neighbours so no unwanted loud noises or music. Just the job. One could easily live there. It was fully kitted out with everything one might need. All the kitchen utensils, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer - everything.
− It a very minor gripe, but the TV remote was a real pain. We struggled to figure it out and kept changing to different modes, then couldn't get it back to where we wanted it. Very minor, but it was annoying.
