− No me gustó la habitación individual, es demasiado pequeña a comparación del baño. Es demasiado grande y un espacio que no se utilizaba para nada, en este lugar una lavadora porque estuvimos 13 días y tuve que lavar a mano nuestra ropa. O en este lugar una habitación más amplia porque la individual era muy muy pequeña para un adulto. Al estar en fechas navideñas, faltaba algo de decoración. Se veía muy frío el apartamento. Nada en las paredes, algo que le diera un toque que te haga sentir como en casa. Faltaba de luz por la noche al acceso al apartamento. Pusieron las luces y una estrella de navidad, cuando vinieron los del apartamento grande de encina nuestro, esto nos hizo sentir como que no éramos importantes. Las toallas, decían que las cambiaban a la semanas y nada, 10 día con las mismas toallas sucias
