Very cool, authentic looking location with cool view on Adriatic sea and Rab island.
10.0I can honestly say this was one of my best trips in Croatia in the last 20 years. This year we said we want to go somewhere where it is less crowded and location wise more out of the bigger cities. House Kaja is beautiful house with authentic looks, completely renovated interior, spacious rooms and everything you need during your summer stay. It has big fridge, oven and everything that you need for cooking. Airconditioning is very new and it cools down temperature very fast, beds are very comfortable. We were amazed with the views on Rab island and the outside part of the location, where infront of the house there is big flat space that can be used to chill on the sun or stay under couple of small trees that provide shadow. There is also big table outside to eat and possibility to use the outside shower. There are only 2 neihbours around and the place is really peacefull, withtout city noises and all you can hear are cars that are driving on the road below the location. There is not a lot of traffic anyhow and everyone that loves peace and quiet will be amazed here. The owner is so kind, she even allowed us to use the outside shower during our last day after hanging out in the beach untill 4 PM, which was way past the Check out time. If you like peace and quiet, with very cool view and beautiful authentic location to stay, this is the perfect choice. For the beaches, they are located around 8 km from location (6 minutes drive) in the city of Jablanac or Stinica, where the ferry to Rab island is located. Food store is located in the same village of Stinica, with basic things you need during your stay. If you need more fancy stuff, you got to travel to city of Senj which is located 35 km from the location.

− You need to use a car at all times, to go to supermarket, to go to the beach - if you are travelling with dogs it is super hard to find a pet friendly-cozy beach
