Luštna nastanitev, slab odnos lastnika
6.0Prostornost, opremljenost kuhinje, fleksibilnost pri času prihoda v kočo.
− - Zelo neudobne postelje, poleg tega je bila pomožna postelja, ki so jo pripravili za otroka neuporabna, saj je spuščala in se na njej ni dalo spati. - Pri rezervaciji nismo dobili popolnih informacij. Rezervacija se opravi brez možnosti odpovedi, plačilo se opravi takoj. Nato pa nas je lastnik poklical, da posteljnina ni všteta v ceno in da moramo prinesti svojo ali pa doplačati 15€/osebo. Take stvari bi morali vedeti pred plačilom nastanitve, saj bi vplivale na odločitev o rezervaciji. - Ob prihodu so nam povedali, da centralno ogrevanje ne deluje in da moramo kočo ogrevati s kaminom. Lastnik je nato preko aplikacije konstantno preverjal temperaturo v koči in nas klical ob vsakem dvigu le-te. - Uro po odhodu smo dobili klic, če smo slučajno kočo ogrevali s pečico, saj je bila ta topla po našem odhodu (uporabili smo jo za pripravo zajtrka), mi pa naj bi porabili zelo malo drv, zato so se spraševali kaj smo s pečico počeli. Po tem vprašanju lahko samo napišem, da ima lastnik očitno velike težave z zaupanjem svoje koče drugim ljudem in bi mu predlagala, naj popravi odnos, popusti nadzor ali pa naj kočo preprosto neha oddajati.
