L'emplacement (proche des pistes de ski, des épiceries), le spa, les dimensions des lieux.

− Les lits non confortables qui grincaient à chaque mouvement et les matelas désuets. Les portes de 2 salles de bain sur 3 qui n'avaient pas de vraies portes et qui ne se verrouillaient pas. La javel sur les plinthes qui ont abîmé nos vêtements. La pression des robinets était plutôt faible.

Chalet confortable et au calme. Le jacuzzi et le billard ont été très appréciés. Les lits sont confortables et la cuisine bien équipée.

− Petite incompréhension entre l'heure d'accès au chalet et l'heure de récupération des clefs.
