4.0La ubicacion, chimenea y parrilla listas para usar.
− Sin closet de ropa, baño sin colgadores ni estantes. En la cocina, sin closet donde guardar mercaderia, sin superficies de apoyo lo que hizo imposible cocinar. Los muebles en general estaban deteriorados por el uso, asi como la ropa de cama.

8.0El entorno era muy tranquilo, fuimos para año nuevo y toda la gente fue muy respetuosa y se mantuvo un ambiente familiar. Además, Francisco y su madre siempre tuvieron disposición a facilitar implementos e información. E
− Faltaba mantenimiento en algunas instalaciones, aunque nada reprochable, se podía usar todo sin problemas.
