1.0The location was ok , the site had a restaurant and shop available
− I’m not one to read reviews or take them on board but please avoid this place if you have a child or expect hygiene. I have never stayed in a more filthy and disgusting accommodation. The carpets and sofas are filthy with urine stains and dirty. The caravan smells really badly. There is holes in the floor. The sofas feel like metal. The bedroom bed is on a 45 degree angle head lower than feed. The garden furniture is unusable and most importantly the host does not respond and does not care. Definitely not worth the money and should not be trading at all !

10.0Very well looked after and clean and inviting. Lots to do on site and around the area for the children. Bed was extremely comfy and gave us the rest we needed after a busy day.

Great location, very short walk to the beach with a shop nearby.
10.0− Outside conservatory suit was pretty damaged from age and past abuse as it was impossible to sit on so couldn't sit outside to see the sunset unfortunately but we watched from inside so not a problem.
Had the above anomalies been addressed it wd have made our stay more pleasurable.

− Veranda furniture was perished and was unusable hence we were very disappointed. The sofa had a broken spring - not comfy to sit and relax. The bedding in the main bedroom had holes in it and was stained in places, inferior quality. The microwave’s seal was melted so we didn’t use . The hoover had to be emptied before we cd use it as it was completely blocked and the lavatory brush was black and needed replacing/cleaning. Broken door handle to hallway - door wd not open from inside; some locks on windows broken, blinds needed repair. Hook on chalet door and gate needed repair - monitor job cd easily have been rectified.
