10.0A house full of character. What more can I say? It was clearly designed by the owners as a home for themselves, not just as a holiday rental, and you can feel that in every room. It has such a warm, welcoming, and family-friendly atmosphere. Simply amazing. The house is incredibly spacious, with modern appliances, air conditioning in every room, and two beautiful bathrooms finished with local stone. The views from the upper terrace are absolutely breathtaking. The mattresses were a bit too firm for my personal taste, but that's a matter of individual preference. The drive to the house can be a little challenging, as is the case with many narrow roads on the Pelješac Peninsula. The character of the house perfectly matched the unique atmosphere of the peninsula. It's an ideal base for exploring all of Pelješac and a perfect place for families.

9.0Location, comfort, cleanliness, clear structure with manuals and information, exceptional communication with the property manager, view, services nearby, amenities and inventory of the house, nature, local beauty, local people, local culture embedded in rich history, Adriatic fauna, nearby islands offer great natural beauty and transportation is affordable, english is widely understood and spoken.
− Childrens room on the ground floor was a bit detached and felt undergroundish but it wasn't a major concern. Childrens TV was very old. Lack of a microwave (but the oven is amazing). Some doors were a bit clunky to open. Window shade system was inconvenient to open (installed behind mosquito net and hard but not impossible to regulate). Accessibility to Orebic (rental car recommended). Local traffic. Some air conditioner remotes didn't seem to respond but remotes from other ones did the job.
