1.0Nothing! Because there was no water during our whole stay.
− On October 4, 2025, we encountered an unacceptable accommodation experience at a chalet. Upon arrival, the entire property lacked a water supply. Despite repeated attempts to contact the area manager and property owner until 10 p.m., we received no response. While Booking.com offered potential alternative accommodations, a resolution was never finalized. This situation caused significant frustration and stress, as we were unable to perform basic hygiene tasks due to the lack of water. We were forced to utilize bottled water for essential needs and resort to using jacuzzi water for toilet flushing. The following day, October 5, the owner contacted us and offered an apology, but simultaneously attempted to force us into removing negative reviews by withholding compensation for the inconvenience. Furthermore, before our early check-out, I made the regrettable decision to bathe my son using jacuzzi water, which I suspect led to him contracting diarrhea. Subsequently, we were compelled to seek medical attention for our son, who tested positive for Salmonella. Today, October 10, day five of his diarrhea, we are still regretting that we stayed in this property. It is like nightmare. Goodluck to everyone who are planning to stay in this property. Make sure that the host is reachable anytime incase there is a problem.

10.0Emplacement parfait. Belle vue sur le lac, offrant de magnifiques couchers de soleil ! Chalet spacieux et lumineux. Nous avons apprécié son aspect général de chalet en bois. Le jacuzzi était très bien. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la table de billard. Enfin, la communication avec les propriétaires était facile.

L’endroit est magnifique, tout le groupe a bien apprécié les équipements.
