− Ustensile manquant ( couteau à pain ) ou mal en point ( spatule, cuillère de bois ) . J'aurais aimé pouvoir arriver plus tôt vers 15h.

10.0Exceptionally clean. Well-stocked kitchen. Comfortable layout of the whole chalet. Responsive host.
− A/C wasn't working well. The property owner came soon after we notified him of the issue and tried to solve it, which we appreciated! The issue didn't resolve, unfortunately, but our stay wasn't long enough for the host to have a chance to fix it before our departure (we left the next morning). He did initially suggest that part of the issue was that the temperature had been set to a too-low temperature (17 or 18 degrees) and suggested it would be best to leave it between 21 and 23 - if the host knows this can be a problem, it would be helpful to include this information in the manual for the place.
