− The cleanliness. Blood on the bedding, pen written on another bed saying ‘pedo’, both prove the bedding wasn’t washed or changed. Toenail clippings in the bathroom, food under the couches, mould in the mugs, dirty glasses. Provided salt and pepper pots but didn’t provide the salt and pepper, ok fair enough, but also provided coffee sachets, but don’t provide the sugar or anything else.

− when pulling out the sofa bed couldn’t help but notice it was super dusty with lots of crumbs & wrappers underneath . Made me fear the lodges only get surface cleaned rather than deep cleaned? which is what you would expect for basic hygiene reasons & the prices paid .
Overall we absolutely loved it and will recommend this site to others.
