− Der Zugangscode für den Schlüsseltresor wurde uns erst nach mehrfacher Nachfrage und lange nach 16 Uhr zur Verfügung gestellt. Es ist doch wohl selbstverständlich den Zugang und die Schlüsselsituation einige Stunden vor Check in zu klären.

− Lovely clean place Very comfy and warm Kids loved swimming and the park Food was lovely appart from my daughter asking a out a roll or sandwich on white bred for little one The lady said no sorry u will have to have sourdough with seeds she said he can't eat that bread the lady was more interested in talking to her friend we spent 80 on food and she went to the spar for a sandwich

7.0Breakfast not applicable. Location good. Friendly and helpful staff. Chalet well equipped and comfortable.
− There were no instructions on how to access heating in the living area, consequently we were cold. The freezer needed defrosting, so it was difficult to access. Although we didn't use it, the oven needed cleaning.
