7.0Staff very friendly. Steven and Patience, the camp managers made our stay very pleasant. The food was excellent. Bush drives were excellent. Simon our field guide made our trips very memorable
− The geyser did not work very well and we had to take cold showers. Fortunately the weather was very warm. Although the handyman came to have a look at the geyser, it still did not work. The canvas flaps around the tent seem to be at the end of their lifecycle. Rolling them up every time you enter the room is not ideal.

Excellent location, facility and service, highly recommended
10.0Location was wonderful, high density of game especially the cats and antelope, elephants and amphibians The food was great. The rangers and game drives were outstanding especially the sunset drives and sundowners. The room was fine, airy and sunny
− The height of the basin, just that much too high to cause discomfort. Should supply a small step to help. The volume of the rangers' radios was too loud, they should consider using ear pods to reduce the sound. Wifi should be available in each room, not just the main lodge building.
Great experience and people, but overpriced vs service and facilities.
6.0Cool tent experience with outdoor showers and lucky with lion sightings. Really nice guide, Winnie.
− They kept us waiting for over an hour to leave (need transport between tents and reception) despite telling them we had early start to next Lodge. Some of the facilities felt a bit dated and WiFi was terrible too vs other places we stayed.
Good.
