9.0Overall location great about 300m from beach very quite site about 1.5 miles from Swansea bay area.
− Parking in and around the area is very limited never seen as many yellow lines in my life. Car parks expensive could cost up to £14 a day with many charging £2.50 per hour

− Only downside mattress very firm and bedroom small. But this is a personal choice as some do like firm mattresses.
