Had a lovely time there but no good for people with mobility issues

Great location, near supermarket, bus stop and beach. Loved the outside patio with bbq pit and being able to eat outside. Place was clean and well furnished. .

− Bathroom across the patio with large step in middle with no hazard warning strip. Entry way into kitchen very short jn height and my son banged his head numerous times. Didn’t know about the 300€ security deposit we had to pay before getting access code to property

It was near Nadal academy

− No parking anywhere. Dirty linen. CCTV pointed at each bedroom. Electricity cut out 10 times a day just using 2 items in the house eg hob and oven at the same time. The bathroom is outside in an unheated outhouse. The washing machine is literally outside. The kitchen is in another outside building with no heating. The faulty boiler is outside and undersized for even 2 people. It stopped working literally several times a day and the technician said it was rubbish (along with electrical supply). Don’t rent this place. It is truly a nightmare experience. I moved out early and found somewhere else inland at my own expense. I got a refund later from booking.com but only after 4 weeks of complaining. This place shouldn’t be listed. Disgusting place.

I loved how clean it was. I had everything I needed for cooking at home. The court yard was a great feature. The place is very tastefully decorated. The location is wonderful. Just 5 minute walk to the port.

− There wasn't any warm water for a shower. I apologise if I missed an instruction somewhere. Would've been fine at a warmer time of year but a bit too cold at Easter.

− everything was good except provider Homerti. Never again. Communication is terrible, i booked accomodation via booking.com and Homerti company sent me lot of mails, they looked like spam. I needed to call them to find out that i need to fill another documents (and scan my ID) on their website too, even when i booked it in booking.com. Another case is deposit 300€ that i didnt received within week nor two. I called them 5 times and sent some mails to receive my money back after TWO weeks.
