− Manque de certaines choses comme 2 batteries pour 4 manettes supposé d’avoir des tissus mouchoirs mais il n’y en avait pas et pas de savon pour le lave-vaisselle et un bain qui n’est pas fonctionnel.

− Les chalets sont très rapprochés. Peu d’intimité. Le secteur se trouve près d’une grande route. Pas d’activité à proximité à pied.

Hoher Kompfort mit toller Umgebung
10.0Ein riesiges Haus mit sehr edler Ausstattung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und fanden auch die Poollandschaft sowie den Spieleraum sehr toll. Auch Waschmaschine und Trockner war super. Trotz der Größe der Anlage war es ruhig. Die Häuschen sehen alle anders aus und es gibt abgehende Wanderwege zum Fluss. Sehr idyllisch.
− In unserer Buchung stand der HotTub als am Haus befindlich da. Leider gab es den nur für die Gemeinschaft und dies war dann erst über das Kleingedruckte zu erkennen. Es waren sehr viele Regeln und auch gleich Gebühren bei Missachtung aufgestellt, dies ließ einen sich etwas unwillkommen fühlen. Auch der Hinweis, dass man aufgrund der Größe der Anlage keine Sterne bei der Bewertung abziehen soll, war etwas frech. Außerdem war die Belüftung der Schlafzimmer nicht gut. Die Klimaanlage lief gut, kam aber nicht dahin.
Beautiful home but unresponsive host
7.0Beautiful home, spotlessly clean and very comfortable beds.
− Unfortunately we could not get a response from the host by message or voicemail to ask for help with cooling the house as the air con was off when we arrived and the house was an uncomfortable 27 degrees resulting in a sleepless first night. Although it cooled by the next day, not only should it have been comfortable on arrival but the host should respond to requests from customers. He did not respond at all over our 3 night stay apart from sending a message asking if we wanted to stay longer.
