9.0I love the wildlife and surrounds. The accommodation is clean, spacious and has great amenities.

Peaceful, Pet-Friendly Farm Getaway
10.0We had such a relaxing stay at Steenberg Cottages. The setting is peaceful, and it was a lovely surprise to have the farm animals wander up to the property. The hiking trail was beautiful and easy to enjoy, with plenty to see and do while still keeping rest and relaxation at the forefront. We had family with us, and it was a great space for everyone. Our dog also absolutely loved it, which made the stay even more special. We booked for two nights, but next time I would definitely choose three, as it’s the kind of place where you truly switch off and unwind completely. Highly recommended
Excellent stay for group of friends
9.0Cottage is in a nature reserve and we got visits from springbok and zebras. Well sized cottage for a group of 6 people. Has all amenities

All in all a lovely stay, but expected more from the property for the price.
6.0The location is beautiful and the hot tub and hammock were nice additions to enjoy the views.
− The pools weren’t clean, and the property itself needs some maintenance. The drains were blocked and smelly although when we notified the owner someone was sent out quite quickly to resolve the blocked shower drain.
Family getaway
9.0Lovely spot to relax. Used the hot tub as a splash pool instead in the December heat. Lots of wildlife right up against cottage, and also sufficient space in the 'yard' for our little pup. Owners were great and quick to respond on texts to sort out any issues.
− Just a tad far from the communal swimming, so needed to drive there instead of walking. Could probably walk, but by the time you walk back you'll need a swim again.
