10.0Top ausgestattet, tolles Design. Einfach durchdacht und ein Ort an dem man sich sofort wohlfühlen muss. Und dann auch noch eine Umgebung, die zu kleinen und großen Wanderungen einlädt.
Disappointing
7.0Location - very nice location; after a couple of steps you're in the thick of the woods with absolute scenes Dog friendly - Not only the premises, but the entire area is very dog friendly. Places where dogs would not be welcome in other parts of Europe are welcome in the restaurants.
− There is no clarity about what exactly you are booking. As the pictures suggest, we thought we booked a separate, detached chalet but you do not end up in your “own” chalet. Rather, you are placed in a chalet that you share with 3 other rooms. The host herself admitted that on Booking it is not visible what exactly you are booking and said that we should have booked on their own website, because then you could choose specific detached chalets which was very dissappointing. Although the rooms are separated within the “shared" chalet, it is very noisy and you can clearly hear conversations and the TV from the other rooms within the shared chalet. When we saw that another couple moved into the adjacent room, we asked the host whether, for an additional charge, we could still move into one of the other detached chalets (these were not booked during the days we were there), but this would not be possible “because these could not be cleaned” (note that this request was made on day 1 of a 5-day booking). Lastly, the heated swimming pool felt like a scam. We were not particularly interested in swimming, but the key to the swimming pool was left in the chalet and so we tried it. For about 10 minutes, we sat there hoping it would heat up, but it didnt heat up further so we gave up on the swimming pool. At the last day, the host initially wanted to charge the full 90 euro for these 10 minutes of testing it out, but ended up charging 45 euro for it.
