Een magisch verblijf in een verborgen parel nabij Merano.
10.0Het Chalet was vanaf moment van binnenkomst prachtig! Wat een klasse en wat een mooie indeling. De bedden waren misschien iets hard maar we hebben heerlijk geslapen. De sauna en welness gaven het verblijf extra plezier. Het terras was fantastisch, de momenten in de zon met een drankje en een hapje zullen we niet snel vergeten.
− Niets, een verbeterpunt zou kunnen zijn om het keuken gerei te vernieuwen en aan te passen naar grote gezelschappen. Wij waren met 7 mensen en konden met de beschikbare keukengerei niet ideaal koken en bakken.
A comfortable and well-equipped stay overall, with a few minor details that could be improved.
10.0Overall, everything was very good. After we clarified a few questions about the heating, the open fireplace made the place very comfortable and warm. In general, it is an interesting project and all family members were satisfied; the sauna heated up quickly, there was plenty of space, and the open kitchen with the large table, as well as the washer and dryer, made everything very practical.
− The pillows were quite large but not very comfortable for me personally, although this is likely a matter of individual preference; the mattresses were good overall. The heating was stronger upstairs, while the downstairs rooms and the lower bathroom felt a bit cooler in comparison. After two days the house warmed up better, but the temperature downstairs still remained slightly fresh, and using the fireplace in both rooms caused the lights to turn off, which was a bit irritating.

8.0Sehr ruhige Lage, guter Ausgangsort für Wanderungen und Ausflüge, sehr schöne Terrasse, Sehr netter Kontakt zur Rezeption, gute Kopfkissen, schöne Deko
− Die unteren Zimmer haben alle keine Fenster. (2 Schlafzimmer, Bad und Sauna) Die Küchenutensilien sind nicht komplett, bzw etwas veraltet.
Insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub, aber es wurde mehr versprochen als hinterher gehalten wurde

− Die Zimmer im Untergeschoss sind ohne Frischluft (kein Fenster, keine Lüftung); es gibt zwei Wohnungen, die sehr unterschiedlich ausgestattet sind. Auf den Bildern ist hauptsächlich die besser ausgestattete Wohnung abgebildet: es gibt jedoch keine explizite Wahlmöglichkeit zwischen den Wohnungen ( und ggf. unterschiedlicher Preis). Das WLAN ist sehr schwach ( Streaming von Filmen oder berufliche Telefon/ Videokonferenzen nicht möglich)
