− Pequeños detalles solamente, pero que se compensan con la atención del personal y de los dueños siempre atentos.

8.0La cabaña era muy cómoda, aunque en las fotos aparece algunos jacuzzi sería bueno especificar que no hay en todas las cabañas
− Había corte de luz muy seguido, una llave de agua de la regadera no servía por lo que estaba tirando agua en todo momento

− que esta lleno de cabañas y estan muy juntas, pare vecindad no es en realidad un lugar de descanso ya que se escucha todo lo de los vecinos, por que estan muy cercas, parece zona residencial mas que cabañas de descanso o al menos no lo que bsucabamos

− Se va la luz muy seguido y sin luz no teníamos agua caliente para bañarnos
Lack of on-site attendance
7.0Nice area way up into the mountains. Clean and fresh linens.
− Communication and on site help is poor at best! We were not given cabin name/number or lock box info. They said we would be greeted and given this info. We had to walk all over to find someone, and luckily, found a maid who was very helpful. If we would have arrived later, as we saw others do, we would not have gained entry. Also, they advertise daily cleaning, which isn't needed, but if you want a dry towel on day two, you won't have one as it is cold and damp in the area. There was no extra toilet paper and no hand towels either. They need to leave extras of these items for a comfortable stay. Lastly, we were told where tonpark on day one, by the maid. Day two, someone asked us to park in an area that was halfway full of construction materials. A mound of rocks and sand and some tools. We refused. Our car would have been partially out onto the road!
