1.0− We booked 2 villas for Friday night and received a confirmation from Booking.com When we arrived at the villas just after check-in time, they were already occupied and the owner told us over the phone that we had no booking. He said he had not received any email regarding our booking and the villas were all booked! We did not stay at the villas!!! We were turned away and we had to travel back home. Then the next morning I received a message from Booking.com to say that we were a no show!! If you book these villas, make sure you get 100% confirmation from the owner/booking.com before travelling for hours to be told they have rented them out to other guests!
As a group of friends the place was perfect and the rooms private.

It was a nice hotel, although I couldn't see how it is 5 star.

− No porters to take luggage from car. Asked for a spare bath towel as mine was wet, I was denied request. Had a 2 bedroom suite, I nearly had to stand on toilet to have a shower, very small bathrooms.
