7.0Die küchenausstattung war gut mit großem Kühlschrank und Gefrierteil. Das Sofa war bequem.
− Das Grundstück war in desolatem Zustand (die Terrasse wurde gerade neu verlegt), es gab keine Polster im Aussenbeteich und keinen Esstisch. Die Federkernmatratzen entsprachen nicht dem heutigen Standard.
