Loved everything about the property, from the view to the homey feel to the location, everything was perfect. The place is equipped with everything you need from towels to water to toilet papers, all you need to do is just show up. The roof is breathtaking and the beach is so chill and calm on most days when we stayed. There are supermarkets and pharmacies nearby.

− You’ll get used to the music at night coming from the coffee shops nearby by the first night, I would still recommend the place regardless. Sleep downstairs if the noise really bothers you

It was generally an excellent experience, the host Mr Alaa was very keen to make sure that we are satisfied, he makes every effort to solve any problem we faced during our stay, the chalet is seeing the sea clearly from the rooftop with a decent comfortable furniture in the roof and a barbecue equipment. There is a supermarket, a very nice pizzas restaurant, a fish restaurant just outside the resort

− The chalet may need some maintenance especially for the electricity sockets , the internet is working on the upper floor only, there is a continuous sound of music coming from the nearby resort that is nonstop overnight till morning !

أستاذ علاء صاحب الشاليه شخص رائع و محترم و ودود جداً و مراعي لكل التفاصيل في الشاليه و كان حريص جداً على تلبية كل الرغبات و الاستفسارات من اجل الحصول على إقامة رحبة و سعيدة لي و لأسرتي. أسعدني جدا التعامل مع شخص بهذه العقلية المتفتحة. Chalet is very clean and well maintained. Everything is perfect. Nothing was missed or left for the chance. From a safe box down to toothbrushes with toothpaste the chalet is loaded with all amenities that anyone could need or require. The kitchen is full with all cookware that you may need for your stay. All 3 rooms are furnished with new mattresses and clean bed sheets, even electric plug converters (3 pins to 2 pins) were not overlooked by the owner. All 3 bedrooms are very comfy and cozy. Bathrooms are of old design however they are super clean and functioning very well. 1st floor has the kitchen, living room and 2 bedrooms with one bathroom. Top floor has one bedroom one bathroom and access to the huge terrace with magnificent and breathtaking view of the Mediterranean. Fascinating beach is few steps away from La Stanza. Access is arranged by Mr. Alaa upon arrival to the compound, Mina 4. Beach is sandy with no rocks water is fascinating and clean.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed in! It was incredibly clean, i honestly felt like I was at home. Everything I could possibly need was there, nothing was missing at all. The space is cozy, well-organized, and gives you a real sense of comfort and peace. ‏What made the experience even better was the warm welcome and classy attitude of the owner Mr.Alaa NourEldin truly a kind and respectful person who made me feel like a valued guest, not just a visitor. ‏Definitely won’t be my last time here — I highly recommend it to anyone looking for cleanliness, comfort, and great hospitality ❤️

First I would like to thank Mr. Alaa for his amazing hospitality and the way he cares for all details, the stay was amazing, the location of the chalet was more than perfect with this breathtaking view of the beach, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need, all the 3 rooms were air conditioned, however we didn't even need to use them as the weather was amazing, the beach was clean and beautiful and the kids had so much fun in the pools specially in the one with water slides. We really enjoyed our stay, and if we ever going to stay in north coast again, it will definitely be here
