8.0Staffs (Pravin was a great employee/asset for them- and was available just a call/ text away), location, ambience, pin drop silence, greenery, carrom board and ludo for guests.
− Locks malfunctioned both in bedroom and bathroom. Cupboard door was broken. The person (may be the owner) handling the booking confirmation and related details, I found him to be bit rude and unsupportive.

We loved the JenJon chalet stay.
9.0We had booked this JenJon chalet for 2 nights and are very happy with the services of JenJon. We had a small child of 18 months with us too and the staff provided all the required help when we asked. The place given to us which is a one bedroom hall kitchenette chalet was very clean, the food was amazing and the people were very good. We were explained everything in detail including the swimming pool usage. Very happy with JenJon and hope to stay again during new year time, when we could also do campfire, which we could not this time as the wood was wet due to rains.

2.0− The facilities were very poor. The room AC was not working properly, and when we complained, the caretaker informed us that they couldn't adjust the temperature for the AC and told us to adjust as the room AC was set to a default temperature. We paid a significant amount to book this chalet, and the least they could have done is accommodate us somewhere else, but they said they couldn't do that as well. What's the point of paying so much money if we couldn't even get some basic needs met? We had to pay in advance without knowing the condition of the chalets, and when we called, I asked if anything was wrong/not working, giving them the chance to inform us, but they said the chalet was fully functional. We had a very bad experience staying there. Please consider other places, and I would not recommend this one.
