1.0Do not stay at any of the properties owned by this person. We’ve filed a formal complaint with the authorities about this and about the false replies she publicly gave on booking.
− We booked this as an alternative provided by Booking after we found out our fist booking was infested by caterpillars. Unfortunately it was the same owner and had the same problem. We had to spend all evening on the phone with Booking support staff to solve it. The owner refuses properly address the infestation and “doesn’t want to use any chemicals”.
