10.0Well equipped kitchen (dishwasher helped a lot). Rooms with separate bathrooms. Big dining area, easily comfortable for 12 people. Grill area is covered and it can be heated. 1 extra fridge just for drinks. Hot tub is also covered. Host is really kind. It worths visiting!
